Successful Life
— Employment Track

Due to the today’s job climate, there is a visible need for mothers and fathers to be able to increase their income to match their families’ needs. Our vision is an employment track that allows the parents to be able to learn a trade, become certified, receive resume building, develop professional and interview skills, and obtain on the job experience to further develop their skills in their chosen area of employment. Our organization creates an avenue to assist the mothers and fathers to receive direct assistance from case managers and group facilitators. These counselors help each individual build & develop a career.

Mindset
— Education Track

Through education, individuals are given the chance to learn, grow, and take steps toward success. Parents in underserved communities have a high dropout rate, give up their chance at college and further their education. Through Great Minds, parents have a chance to complete their GED, high school diploma, and apply for and complete the necessary steps to enroll in college. Through increasing their education parents will not only be leading their families in a positive way but also be increasing the opportunities that will lead them into success.

Resource Closet

TPR Cares’ resource closet is one of our most utilized community components. There is a need for resources and supplies when working & parenting in an under-served community. It is harder for parents to focus on personal growth when these parents are worried about day to day items such as food, clothing, the needs of their children. TPR Cares alleviates some of the stress by providing resources that they do not have. This Resource Closet contains clothing for children, interview clothing, food pantry items, hygiene items, diapers, child needs, and more.
